NSL operates its business guided by the vision of “The Happy Taste Creator” to deliver happiness and deliciousness through high-quality, safe food and snack products that meet international standards. Offering a diverse range of menus, we distribute both domestically and internationally. A key milestone in the company’s growth is the trust we have earned in producing bakery items for NSL’s clients, which are sold in convenience stores. With a production capacity exceeding 1.2 million bakery pieces daily, this remarkable achievement is made possible through the collaboration of trade partners across the value chain, product development driven by stakeholder engagement, and the dedication of over 2,900 NSL employees working together to achieve a shared goal: delivering popular bakery items like hot sandwiches and a variety of snacks that bring joy to consumers, available 24/7 in convenience stores.

This year marks a significant chapter for the company amidst dynamic changes that have profoundly impacted the business landscape. These include global climate change, which affects agricultural yields worldwide such as chocolate, butter, and sugar leading to increased bakery production costs. Geopolitical conflicts and wars in various regions have also slowed investments and international logistics, while currency fluctuations at times have posed additional challenges to organizational management. Despite these conditions, the company has navigated these challenges by fostering innovation in product development, enhancing operational efficiency, managing production costs, analyzing consumption trends, and exercising prudent financial and investment management to maintain stable and consistent growth.

Business Expansion Directions
In 2024, NSL has continued to leverage its core capabilities to develop products that address rapidly changing market demands. This includes our OEM business model and brand-owned ventures such as NSL Bake a Wish Co., Ltd., which has expanded its Bake a Wish bakery chain through in-store sales and nationwide franchises. Similarly, NSL Intertrade (2023) Co., Ltd. focuses on exporting sweet treats, beverages, and ready-to-eat retort products stored at room temperature. NSL Inno Foods Co., Ltd., a cheese manufacturer, represents our upstream investment to support future growth. Moreover, the opening of a new plant, Branch 5, enhances opportunities for sales via food services, meeting the specialized needs of HoReCa customers by providing customized, value-added products that strengthen client competitiveness.

Our operations are driven by a commitment to integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles into our daily activities. NSL fosters a corporate culture of respect for human rights, actively monitoring for violations, addressing issues systematically, and disseminating these policies to NSL subsidiaries and stakeholders throughout the value chain. This ESG-driven approach has earned NSL recognition in the ESG Emerging 2024 Index by Thaipat Institute and the runner-up award for “Thai Rice Innovation” at the National Innovation Awards 2024 for our “Rice Bars,” which reimagine traditional meals into convenient, modern snack formats.

NSL also prioritizes climate change adaptation through the adoption of renewable energy, such as installing over 1,000 kilowatts of solar rooftops in collaboration with BANPU NEXT. This initiative reduces greenhouse gas emissions by over 700,000 kilograms of CO₂ equivalent annually. Additionally, we have achieved Green Industry Level 3 (Green System) certification from the Ministry of Industry, highlighting our systematic environmental management with regular evaluations for continuous improvement.

In 2024, NSL was further certified under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, underscoring our emphasis on cybersecurity to mitigate risks associated with data loss. This ensures the rights of customers, shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders are fully protected. A comprehensive framework has been established and shared with senior management across all NSL entities.
