NSL FOODS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
NSL is a manufacturer and distributor of bakery products and snacks for both our partners and for sale under our own brands. NSL products can be found at 7-11 stores (a CPALL brand) under the brand names “Ezy Taste”, “Ezy Sweet”, “Ezy Bake”, and “7 Fresh”. NSL also sells products such as snacks, bakery, dessert and other food under our own brands “KhowThang or Rice bar by NSL” “Pangtai” “Natural Bite” “NSL Bakery” “NSL Selection” and etc. These products are distributed through various points of sale, including both Modern Trade (MT) such as convenient stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, hypermarkets, Cash and Carry as well as Traditional Trade (TT) such as markets, grocery stores, and gift shops.
NSL also operates Food Services business such as meat processing (fish scaling, fillet and packing into different ready-to-use packaging). These products are distributed to restaurants, hotels, catering services and international schools (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering: HoReCa) as well as other MT distribution channels.

Investor Relations Code of Conduct
- Perform duties with honesty, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism, while upholding high ethical standards and ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and fairness of information provided to shareholders, investors, analysts, and all stakeholders.
- Disclose material information necessary for investment decision-making in an accurate, complete, timely, and fair manner, in compliance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide shareholders, investors, analysts, and all stakeholder groups with equal access to the Company’s information and appropriate communication channels through which inquiries may be made on a fair and equitable basis.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the Company’s information and refrain from using material non-public information for personal gain or the benefit of others. Strictly comply with the Company’s Insider Trading Prevention Policy and related regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Reports and Disclosure Materials:
- Collect, compile, and prepare key corporate reports for submission to regulatory authorities and public disclosure, including Annual Report (Form 56-1 One Report).
- Prepare the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for quarterly and annual financial results.
- Prepare presentation materials for Analyst Meetings, Organize and coordinate quarterly and annual earnings calls, and meetings with institutional investors, both domestic and international.
- Internal Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as a central point of coordination among various departments, including Finance and Accounting, Strategy and Sustainability, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of disclosed information.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment within the organization regarding disclosure requirements and key topics of interest to investors.
- Management of Investor Relations Communications and Activities:
- Maintain and regularly update the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website to ensure timely and accurate information disclosure.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating investor relations activities, including Analyst Meetings and Company Visits.
- Respond to preliminary inquiries from shareholders, investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Information Analysis and Market Monitoring:
- Monitor and compile analysts’ reports relating to NSL and industry peers.
- Monitor movement of the Company’s share price, economic conditions, industry trends, and relevant regulations that may impact the Company’s business and operations.
