NSL Foods Public Company Limited conducted a bakery workshop for the Wat Pho Thong Lang community in Nonthaburi Province, aiming to support career development and generate extra income through a hands-on session on making “Pa Thong Ko – To Go!!” (crispy outside, soft inside, and deliciously fragrant) served with homemade pandan custard dipping sauce.
The session was led by Mr. Weerachon Khaophong, Assistant Managing Director, and Chef Huto, Manager and Executive Chef, along with Ms. Wandee Kaewpradub, Community Relations Officer from Phibunsongkhram 1, who is also the creator of the “Pa Thong Ko To Go” technique.
They shared their knowledge with more than 30 community members, supported by Chef Beam, Executive Chef from the R&D team, and other enthusiastic NSL staff.
The workshop was filled with fun, learning, and positive energy, reflecting NSL’s ongoing commitment to community empowerment and sustainable livelihood.
