NSL Foods Public Company Limited prioritizes the establishment of whistleblowing and complaint channels to address grievances from both company personnel and external parties who are impacted or may be at risk of being impacted by the company’s and/or its subsidiaries’ business operations. Such impacts may arise from unlawful behavior or actions that contradict the company’s business ethics. Additionally, these channels serve as tools for monitoring and tracking the company’s and/or its subsidiaries’ operations. They also provide vital information that contributes to improving management practices, ensuring greater rigor and efficiency.

You may report any unlawful activities, corruption, or non-compliance with the policies of NSL Foods Public Company Limited, including breaches of the Company’s Code of Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, and internal regulations.

All reports must be made in good faith, with the complainant’s full name disclosed, and must be based on truthful information. Allegations must not be made without sufficient and credible evidence.

Complainants will be provided with appropriate protection, and all information received will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
